Earlier this year, Alistair Lexden wrote up the results of prolonged researches, undertaken with an art dealer, Daniel Hadden, into a mysterious painting of Mrs Thatcher addressing the House of Commons.

Their article, entitled “Solving a Mrs Thatcher Mystery: A painting by Alfred Reginald Thomson RA (1894-1979)”, has now been published in the Autumn 2020 edition of The British Art Journal. A copy of it is attached.
